Hello Hello!

I'm pretty stoked to be writing my first entry today! I guess this is where we make introductions and establish a theme. Well, here goes!

Me, in short: late-20's, motivated marketer for a small-to-mid-sized engineering consultant firm in lovely central Virginia; new homeowner of a cutie cape cod in a 1950's 'hood; devoted girlfriend to a ridiculously talented trumpet player and IT master; and, last but not least, cat momma. Just two cats. I swear.

The Labacious Life: food, travels, career, relationships, wine, health, fitness, blatant consumerism with a greenie twist. Something for everyone.

We've got it all over here at The Labacious Life. I feel very strongly that if I'm going through something that warrants discussion, many other young ladies are as well. I hope that's really the way it is, and not just a case of the Only Child's on my part! I guess I'll find out!
